Circle Boring's Part In The G Zero Project

This is a part of the eight superconductor magnet assemblies that Circle Boring machined for the project.  All the oval portions had to be machined in separate sections for assembly purposes.   All of these parts fit together with less than .001" gap anywhere. The unit is approximately 7 1/2 feet long by 5 1/2 feet wide.

Below is a view of the magnet assemblies in their frame after the superconductor coils were installed.

Our experience at precision machining critical parts such as this is just one example of what we can do for your company.
